A decision at a CIY event is a powerful moment, but the real work happens on Monday morning. Whether a student is returning to a difficult home life, a new school year, or a major life transition, they need more than a memory—they need a map.
We believe that before a student can be sent into the world as a Kingdom Worker, they must first be seen. Our mission is to equip this generation with the consistency, community, and resources they need to move from a moment of calling to a lifetime of commitment.
The Plan
In 2025, the Follow Through app was born as a response to this need from a group of generous partners and visionaries. Follow Through is a relational discipleship platform that equips students with tangible next steps after they make a faith decision. Whether they are saying “yes” to Jesus for the first time or accepting a call into vocational ministry, this tool gives students a path forward.
Now, we need your help sustaining and growing this tool that churches love and students desperately need.
Your support fuels three critical pillars:
- Resources: steps students can complete to learn and grow
- Relationships: discipleship conversations with parents and trusted mentors
- Repetition: challenges for students to put their faith in action

Choose Your Impact
It costs roughly $20 to provide a comprehensive discipleship pathway for one student. By joining as a monthly partner, you are providing the fuel for these students to stay grounded year-round.
- Tier 1: $20/mo – Supports 12 students a year.
- Tier 2: $25/mo – Supports 15 students a year.
- Tier 3: $50/mo – Supports 30 students a year.
